    1. Booking Deposits

  1. To secure your booking, a deposit of £50 is required. This amount may vary depending on the specific service requested and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

  2. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to adverse weather conditions), we will either reschedule you at the earliest available date or provide a full refund.

  3. Prior to your appointment, please ensure your vehicle is cleared of all personal belongings. We strongly recommend removing any valuables, documents, and other personal items before the service begins.

  4. TS Prime Detailing LTD will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during or after the service. It is your responsibility to secure and remove such belongings beforehand.
